Ready to join the fun at Germanfest!? Dive in and help GAST celebrate spring, showcase German culture, fundraise, and serve up a weekend full of fun! We can always use help in a lot of areas. Students are also welcome to volunteer for their service hours!

While not all volunteer roles need food handler's permits, some do and we always appreciate those who have the flexibility to switch gears and jump into helping with food related areas. The good news? It’s free after a quick online lesson and test through the Tulsa Health Department (link below). Easy, fast, and painless. We promise it’s worth it.

All Volunteers at Germanfest receive the following:

- A hearty meal from any food we serve during the festival (one meal per shift.)
- Invite and discount into our members only Picnic in June at the GAST Event Center. It catered and always fun!

Ready to flip a kartoffelpuffer and spread a little edible gemütlichkeit? Join us at Tulsa Oktoberfest, the best Oktoberfest in the USA, and help us serve up authentic German food with a smile.

Here’s what you get for volunteering!

-Free entry tickets for the days you work (that’s wunderbar value!).
-A hearty meal on us because no one flips pancakes on an empty stomach.
-A nifty hat pin to add to your collection (or start one!).
-New friends and maybe even a few German phrases (don’t worry, you’ll master “Prost!” in no time).
-Invite to our exclusive after party hosted at the GAST the following weekend Oct 25th

Bring a buddy, a partner, or even your whole Stammtisch. No need to be a hardcore Germanophile like some of us. All that matters is enthusiasm and a willingness to help keep this Tulsa tradition alive. After all, Oktoberfest is one of GAST’s biggest fundraisers of the year and has been part of our history as long as we’ve been around.
