GAST members gather for PROST! each month to dive into conversation and community as they travel about Tulsa and surrounding areas to sample tasty brews and beverages from local breweries. Guests are welcome to join the group anytime!

Siegi's Sausage Factory - Feb 21st

located at 8104 S. Sheridan Rd. *New Prost Location* Siegi's Sausage Factory is a great new addition to the Prost! lineup. While Siegi's is not a brewery, they offer a wide variety of classic German beers and wine plus a full menu of authentic, delicious German food. Siegi's is owned and operated by Siegi Sumaruk, a fifth-generation sausage maker from Linz, Austria. He has been hand-making sausages since 1980 using recipes passed down from his family. Along with his family (wife, children, and grandchildren), he runs the restaurant, meat market, and deli.

Elgin Park Brewery - Mar 21st

located at 325 E. Reconciliation Way. *New Prost Location* Elgin Park Brewery is located in downtown Tulsa, just one block from Oneok Field. Lucky for us, the Tulsa Drillers' season doesn't start until April, so Prost! should be able to secure a few tables where we can relax and enjoy this sports-inspired brewery and pizza joint. They offer 6 house drafts year-round as well as a weekly rotating tap of seasonal beers and bottled beers. They have a full menu of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and pizza.
